It seems a lot of people would like to have such instruction.
Ergo - please, write at least a draft of it (preferably in sh).

It may be used immediately to create descriptions of
Adobe PS2 and PS3 standard fonts,
URW replacement of standard PS fonts
 (original, AKA ghostscript-fonts-std-6.0.tar.gz,
  and extended with cyrillic, AKA ghostscript-fonts-std-8.11.tar.gz).
