If you are working for a distro, it is a good idea to tag the manual
pages. For example,
.\" -*- coding: iso-8859-1 -*-
for German or French manpages that are not already in UTF-8 format,
.\" -*- coding: euc-jp -*-
for Japanese ones in EUC-JP format, etc.
