Nice start! I changed `GU groff' to `GNU Troff (groff)'; maybe `Troff'
should rather be `troff'?

Just some comments on avoidance of WikiSpam. My local LUG Wiki, like
Ted's, has been plagued by WikiSpam since it first went live. It uses
phpWiki, and has kept an almost verbatim copy of the phpWiki front page.
This is the page that has seemed most vulnerable to attack.

At http://www.mingw.org/MinGWiki/index.php, we also use phpWiki, but
with our own custom front page design. We also forbid updating, of any
page, until a user has `signed in'. The sign in procedure is quite
basic; anyone can invent a valid user name and sign in, without any
further form of password or other authentication. We have not, to my
knowledge, seen any page corruption as a result of WikiSpam.

I don't know how this was set up, but could ask, if it's of interest.

Best regards,
Keith.
