[Groff] Scaling issues with 1.19.1?

Using my "labels" macros in 1.19.1, the labels aren't positioned 
correctly -- it's like the PostScript being generated is 5% to 10% too 
small. The result is that the labels are mispositioned badly enough to 
make the bottom half of a sheet unusable.

Using the CVS version, the labels print correctly and the type is 
significantly larger (1 or 2 points).

Is anyone else seeing this?
