[Groff] Some free fonts

Hi folks,

I received last night a small email enquiry that made me realize I hadn't offered my small collection of fonts to the people in the list. mostly X11 fonts repackaged to be used with Windows (that is, inf and pfm files added) but you may find interest on a couple of fonts. Not all of them have groff metrics though.

There is a small hack I did some time ago to create a 15 CPI monospaced font based on the Courier 10 CPI BT fonts licensed to the MIT X11 project. The fonts are, surprisingly, called Courier 15 CPI and look great when used with Charter BT (also at the site) or in other circumstancs where your first thought would be Computer Modern Typewriter. As well there are a couple of public domain printer ornament fonts, that may be of interest to at least some.

You'll need to read the license for each font before downloading, but it is just a formality to cover my back fender (and yours :-).

Cheers.
