right now I'm in the process of adding your patches to the CVS in some
incremental steps.  Doing this I wonder whether the virtual function
printer::round_width must be virtual at all.  Only grohtml needs it,
so it is probably more useful to define the function in html_printer,
isn't it?  Or do you expect that other drivers need this also?

In case you want to change that please wait until I'm done with your
current patch.
