. Create src/devices/gropdf.
. Add this directory to the CCPROGDIRS variable in Makefile.in.
. Add $builddir/devices/gropdf to GROFF_BIN_PATH in test-groff.
. Copy e.g. src/devices/grops/Makefile.sub to
src/devices/gropdf/Makefile.sub and make an update of the entries.
That's all.
