[Groff] table problem

Hi, I hate to bother you but I can't figure out how to get the headers
of a landscape report to be properly centered.
 
Here's the file I'm using:

The comand I run is
groff -t -Tps -P -l -ms report.tst >report.ps
 
 
What am I doing wrong?????
