FWIW, it works fine for me (gv 3.5.8), assuming you want to see a man
page in landscape format, B5 paper size. The right hand side margin is
pretty wide, but I assume that is as it should be. The other 3 margins
look normal. 

One point of note is that the "default" format from the postscript file
seems to be a couple of mm smaller in both directions than the explicit
B5 format provided by gv.
