Speaking of rotation: I did consider including rotate for the new image
proposal, but left it out for a number of reasons. Of course, mainly
because I had to limit myself on the numbers of features to include in
the first round - it can always be included later. But more importantly,
I think a means of rotation (any angle) really should be implemented in
a manner that works for any groff item, be it character, glyph or
graphics. Best postponed a bit, in other words
