Anyway, this seems to work well enough for "gv". In fact, the
"DocumentPaperSizes" is sufficient.

But ps2pdf won't care less, either way.

Again, postscript being pretty uknown territory for me, but I found the
following somewhere:

%%BeginFeature *PageSize A4
<< /PageSize [ 595 842 ] >> setpagedevice
%%EndFeature

This seems to work well enough with ps2pdf. Note that "gv" ignores this 
request, 
so we probably need both approaches.

Anyone knows enough about PostScript to comment?
