Grohtml seems to be confused by .ce in a man page. The paragraph
that follows is not properly indented (with -man).

  | .TH TEST 1 2002-12-22
  | .SH DESCRIPTION
  | normal paragraph
  |
  | .ce
  | centred text
  |
  | normal paragraph

The output of "groff -mandoc -Thtml -P -l -P -r test.1" looks like
this :

  | DESCRIPTION
  |
  | normal paragraph
  |
  | centred text
  |
  | normal paragraph

This is with Grohtml 1.18 (Debian 1.18-7). Sorry if this has
already been reported.

Oh, while I'm at it, why does Grohtml use −, " and
’ ? It makes the output harder to read and edit.
