I think you'll find that these files are under the same license as the
rest of Research UNIX.  This license most definitely has not expired.
It belongs to SCO (no, sorry, Caldera (no, sorry, SCO after all)).
Earlier this year it was changed to be a BSD-style license, so it's
definitely OK.  The only thing that worries me is that SCO doesn't
have anything about the license on their web site.
