Ralph,
        Great! Beware as of this date, 10 Nov 2002, at 1902 Central
Standard Time, chapter 11 on Larrys site doesn't contain the
proofread chapter, just the marked up one.  There are a few
bugs in it.  I've notified Larry of them.  Since Larry is
doing a final check of the code before posting, it will 
probably be a few days before he gets it up.
        Also, Tim Howe found a few font bugs in chapter 2.
He posted a diff to the list which fixes them.
        Looking forward to your further comments and bug
catches.
