This is still work in progress.  I've implemented the \[foo bar ...]
extension together with a new `.composite' request as described in my
proposal from end of August.  Right now I'm checking all glyph names
in groff (fix a lot of errors/problems with various devices) since
this list will be frozen, then I have to document my changes.

No Unicode input yet, sorry.
