Indeed.  Even if they are meant for man also, they had to be applied
directly in an-old.tmac since a lot of people (including me) use -man
and not -mandoc in most cases.

Already in mdoc.

Added to doc-ditroff and doc-nroff.

It's a pity that the NetBSD people introduce such changes without
contacting the groff maintainers.  While coordination with FreeBSD
works perfectly, it seems to me that the NetBSD people either don't
know that groff is maintained again or that they are ignorant (which I
don't hope).  Who is responsible for groff in the NetBSD group?  I
want to contact him or her.
