I like to indent mine a little, so I usually do something like this:

        Some regular text
        .DS     \" or maybe .in +5n
        .CW
        cd /
        rm *.*
        reboot
        .DE     \" .in
        .       \" .LP
        Some more regular text.

If you don't want the indent, you can do:

        Some regular text
        .CW
        .nf
        cd /
        rm *.*
        reboot
        .LP
        Some more regular text.

Of course, it's best to put this stuff in a pair of macros to start and
stop the ``computer output'' text.
