consider this small example:

  .TH test
  .IP xxx 5
  xxxxx
  .IP yyyyyyyy
  yyyyy
  .IP zzz
  zzzzz

The result with ascii is

       xxx  xxxxx

       yyyyyyyy
            yyyyy

       zzz  zzzzz

but html gives

      xxx           xxxxx
    yyyyyyyy
             yyyyy

      zzz           zzzzz

Can you fix this?
