[Groff] swedish mm manual

 Ok I have located the manual and since I am swedish, I will give it a 
shot at a translation, shouldn't be to bad :-)

 I will also have a chat with Jörgen Hägg to se what he thinks about it.

 If I may make a small comment about groff books and so on, someone new 
to groff needs a lot of howto guides to get started on the right track,
such simple things like that xfig can export .pic and so on.

 Also a macro writing tutorial for beginners, and a thorough intro to 
indexing and references, ( steves pages fx. ).

 My girlfrient, ( who is fairly new to unix an certainly to groff, 
wrote her diploma thesis in it and loved it, she is also trying to use 
it for everything from invoices to job applications, and is doing good 
so far).
