[Groff] [mom] Latest release available (v. 1.1.4)

Hi.

The latest release of the mom macro set, v. 1.1.4, is now available at

    http://www.ncf.ca/~df191/mom.html

Patches have been applied to the groff cvs as well.

Aside from fixing minor bugs that no one seems to have discovered
except yours truly, 1.1.4 adds new-and-improved inlines to handle
horizontal/vertical movements and pairwise kerning.  The older versions
of these same inlines will continue to work as before, so there's no
need to update your documents.

Another significant change is that .IX, used to turn off indents, is
now deprecated.  The prefered form is now .IQ (Indent Quit).  .IX will
continue to work as before, but groff will emit a warning recommending
that you update your documents.
