Just my opionions:
1. Each remaining chapter and appendice should be marked
up to complete the book.
2. Each chapter, appendice and the preface needs proofed
_for_content_only. Typographical correctness and
markup elegance can be saved for the updates.
3. HTML not needed. This can be saved for updates.
