[Groff] Another html endless loop

Hello all!!!

Attached is another example which manages to get the html backend to search 
for the ultimate answer...:) (This is AFTER the patch from Gaius Mulley was 
applied).

I'm guessing that SUN did a real bad job producing the java manual pages but 
still it's still no excuse for groff to wander off...:)

Command line is same as before.
