I agree -- this was an odd one.  The first two occurances of .Ps in the
chapter worked fine and then they stopped doing the indent.  My guess is
that something else was resetting (or not resetting) something it should
not have been under some special circumstances that affect only this chapter.
A chapter about one of the macro sets has a huge potential for doing that!

If you want a quick check, the ch06.ps I originally printed off was 37 pages;
it is now 65.  If your build of ch06.t yields a ps/pdf of less than 40 pages,
then the problem must be in my build environment.
