While you're at it, you might want to check the index page to
see how far things have come along.

I should point out that Jon's UTP macros are an extension to -ms.
There are pic and tbl bits embedded as well, so you'll want to
use the following command to print Jon's instructions:

        groff -pt -ms utp.t | lpr

Off to read a Bellcore spec... I should have no trouble
