[Groff] New mom release

Hi.

The newest release of the mom macro package (1.1.2) is now available at

    http://www.ncf.ca/~df191/mom.html

Changes include:

o the addition of macros to handle single-string headers/footers to
  supplement mom's default 3-part headers/footers; recto and verso
  headers may be separately defined

o an option to have draft and revision numbers prepended to automatic
  pagenumbering when COPYSTYLE is DRAFT instead of appearing in the
  center of page headers

o a number of small bug fixes and changes/corrections to the
  documentation

Mom is now in the official groff package, hence this release, which
mostly fixes a number of small but pressing concerns which needed to be
dealt with before the next release of groff.
