ftp://ftp.efd.lth.se/pub/groff/OLD/mm_swedish_manual.ps.gz

The thing is 46 pages long, soon 10 years old, but presumably the most
detailed account on the mm macro package, which isn't encumbered by
licensing problems, and the most detailed on the mm. It also covers tbl
and eqn. I used it a log for tbl, before I found Lesk's paper.

I found the actual source code at ftp://ftp.axis.se/pub/groff/. Now, if I could something better than a psychic translation into English (1% German knowledge, 9% dictionary, 19% intuition)...
