[Groff] groffview shell script

We could create a new shell script `groffview' that automatically
tries to display any groff file.

# groffview
#
eval `grog address@hidden -X &

###################

In a later version, there should be an automatic detection if X75 or
X100 is better.

Maybe this could be made into a more modern gnome-based application,
evt. with link facility.
