Here's a whole bunch of [abc][3456][lp].tmac files for the appropriate
ISO paper size definitions.  I've used the existing a4.tmac as a
template.  Makefile.sub needs altering to include the ones you want.

C4 and C5 are useful because they're the envelope sizes for A4 and A5.
