I agree.  This was an oversight.  Renaming source files is really no
problem.

Right now I've done the following:

  groff_differences.man  ->  groff_diff.man
  pushbackbuffer.{h,cc}  ->  pushback.{h,cc}
  htmlindicate.cc        ->  htmlhint.cc

Gaius, what do you think of moving all color definitions into the
`master' macro files, i.e., color-html.tmac merged with html.tmac, and
color.tmac merged with ps.tmac?  If you agree, can you do that?

How does this limit affect operation?  Are the file names truncated to
14 characters, cutting off the last characters?  Or does the
truncation work like with DOS, using 8+3 for cutting?
