Depends what you mean by "free".

Acrobat Reader does it, and is available for free download
( http://www.adobe.com ).

However, it's not FSF/GPL-free, and I don't know of a viewer,
free in this sense, which does display these things.

By the way, Larry: Thanks for reading your "diversion" back into
the list. I found what you wrote balanced and to the point (but
then, since I seem to find that I agree with your views, I would,
wouldn't I?).
