Fine, but the info file is not generated by default, and as it is not
installed it is not at all available in binary packages.
Moreover, it is quite incomplete, so far it is not the source for all
documentation details.
This makes groff an undocumented system.  This will lead John Smith to
Johnny Walker ;-.
