[Groff] Table FOOTERS and multiline headers in the .me package

OK Groff experts, I have two questions for ya:

1) There is such a thing as a table header: .TS H....Is there such a thing
as a table footer?

and 

2) Is there a simple way to get multiline headers using the .me package...

again, simplicity of solutions would be greatly appreciated...gracias!
