Hadn't read NEWS yet. Found the mention of psbb. Deleted that file.
I like the new dir. reorg. But, where are the ready-to-read docs?
a "make docs" is needed if they aren't ready-to-read after make install.
Is that too much trouble? /usr/local/doc is the obvious place.
