commit 8f536bd0cbf2764bc51a7c025f22d5719937f051

    LICENSES: Clarify disjunctive licensing status.

Everything groff ships is "disjunctively"[1] licensed under the GNU
GPLv3; several components, in the main distribution and in "contrib/",
    bear additional, more permissive licenses.

[1] Meaning that separate license provisions (read: license texts)
attach to the entire work in parallel and simultaneously, thus
derivations can select a subset thereof or retain all. Contrast
with "conjunctive" licensing, where multiple licenses apply to a
work, often through a combination of parts of separate origin, and
        all are binding.
