    groff_mm(7): Fix content and style nits.
    
    Content:
    * Clarify that `DT` string contents need not represent a date.
    * Update authors section to credit Clark, Lemberg, and self.
    
    Style:
    * Consistenly use stem sentence format with tagged paragraphs in
      "Strings" section.
    * Use active voice more.
