    groff_char(7): Fix content nits.
    
    * Try to clarify where the surprising-seven-characters table is
      unrevealing (when it in fact is).
    * Clarify advice about quotation marks.
    * Drop superfluous word; we do not typeset for non-Euclidean topologies.
