commit 8444c9375f455b594961d728cb51578adbe1b9a9
Author: G. Branden Robinson <g.branden.robinson@gmail.com>
AuthorDate: Fri Feb 19 09:44:40 2021 +1100

    groff_ms(7): Relocate "Indents" subsection.

...to sync with existing ordering of the ms chapter of our Texinfo
manual and pending changes to doc/ms.ms. No textual changes.

Also remove (apparently) crufty .br and .ne requests.
