    groff_mdoc(7): Fix greengrocer's apostrophes.

    Also recast "I/Os" (originally "I/O's") as "I/O operations"; the former
    is awkward and nonstandard.  Futhermore, don't mark up "I/O" with the
    .Tn macro; it is not a trade name, not an acronym, and not a type name.
