    contrib/pdfmark/pdfmark.ms: Fix font size damage.

Delete unnecessary .LG macros whose .SM mates were removed long ago.

The font size got wrongly increased after every occurrence of "Unix
\(tm". This is a regression I caused in November 2018 with
2d7749c311ab5ace131c61ece776131e99f242c8, by deleting .SM macros along
with downcasing the term "UNIX". Sorry about that. :(
