You need to get, and install, my public key.

Like this:

$ gpg --receive-keys 0C898D47FDAF50A65928B1B42E6BC5DE2EE86A3E
gpg: key CCF29C7238522905: public key "Gary E. Miller <gem@rellim.com>" imported
gpg: Total number processed: 1
gpg:               imported: 1

If your email client properly supports gpg, then it has already done so
as it decoded this email to you.
