What does cgps show you?  Good fix?

You removed all the bits I want to see, please send a full log, starting
from the very first line.

You can ignore that.  DBUS is a way for gpsd to tell you browser your
location.

It means just what it say, you don't have a device-hook file.  Not
a problem.

You don't have a fix yet.  With out a fix, gpsd does now know he current
time, so the PPS, whch just marks the top of the second, has no use.

Lady Heather and gpsd don't work together.  What receiver to you have that
has a GPSDO in it?

Send us at least 60 seconds of the log.  The output of gpsdebuginfo, run
as root, may also be helpful.
