Whish segment?  SHM(0) is time from the serial.  SHM(1) is time from the
PPS pine.

Any message that has a valid fix time an be used for serial (SHM(0)) time.
So maybe $GPRMC, maybe UBX-MON-PVT.  The list is very long.
