Chicken and egg problem. Nothing happens on announce, so no one thinks of
it when annoucements are made. For tha last few years gpsd-users and
gpsd-dev have been the place for announcements.
Off hand I'm guessing next release before year end. So far no complaints
about 3.21 not having the cool new stuff.
