Dear all,

have correctly (I think) configurated my system for take a GPS time.
Gpsd wirking fine with PPS signal and ntpsec also working fine.
My problem is that ntpsec not set the system time.
In my ntp.conf (I have check more configuration) I have:

# GPS Serial data reference (NTP0)
server 127.127.28.0 minpoll 4 maxpoll 4
fudge 127.127.28.0 time1 0.9999 refid GPS

# GPS PPS reference (NTP1)
server 127.127.28.1 minpoll 4 maxpoll 4 prefer true
fudge 127.127.28.1 refid PPS
fudge 127.127.28.1 flag1 1

And with ntpmon I see in SHM(1) row:

remote           refid      st t when poll reach   delay   offset   jitter
 us.pool.ntp.org .POOL.          16 p    -  256    0   0.0000   0.0000   0.0038
-SHM(0)          .GPS.            0 l    6   16  377   0.0000 246.417 562.9717
*SHM(1)          .PPS.            0 l   11   16  177   0.0000   -1000.0159   0.0067
-perturb.org     128.138.140.44   2 u   14   64    1 203.8541 999.8981   6.5647
-time1.apple.com .GPSs.           1 u   14   64    1 189.3329 999.9085   5.6026

a large offset: -1000.0159.

how I can tell to ntpsec to ignore the time difference and set the new time with a PPS o GPS reference?

Thanks
