The SiRF monitor doesn't have that yet, because my SiRFs are all USB devices
without the Macx-1 mod. However, it should be easy to add. Wait...
Just pushed it. Can't live-test here but at least it puts zeros in a good
place on the display. Look for "PPS Offset".
