[gpsd-users] Build fails with scons error...

Tried to build 3.7 today and just after the testing finished the error below appeared and Scons terminated:

scons: *** Do not know how to make File target `udev-installvi' (/home/tracker/gpsd-3.7/udev-installvi).  Stop.

How to fix???
