Assisted GPS is Assisted GPS (you may call it "QuickGPS" if 
you like, but this appears to be a Microsoft branding term) 
whether it's provided over a cellular network or over a 
data/packet network. gpsd does not support it either way. 
Really it's the receiver that needs to support it, anyway, 
as it's your receiver that needs the ephemeris data to plug 
into its internal calculations.
