Yo All!
gpsd now supports long options. For example: --speed is the same as -s.
I removed the reconfigure config option (RECONFIGURE_ENABLE) and replaced
it with the -p and --passive options.
This improves several problems.
1. #ifdef is not compatible with any languages invented after C.
2. some poor guy recently reported being stuck with a binary that
had reconfigure disabled by his packager.
3. client and server had to be built with the same r3econfigure setting.
4. some users want the -p option.
The -p option is less brutal than -b. Some folks do not want gpsd
to reconfigure the GNSS receiver that they just configured by hand,
but want to allow gpsctl, zerk, ubxtool, etc. to manually configure
their receivers.
The controlsend config option (CONTROLSEND_ENABLE) overlapped
RECONFIGURE_ENABLE and is also removed.
