[gomd-devel] <DAEMON>: new ACL macro

Hi all.

- Just added a new macro for ACL: LOCAL_SUBNET (all IPs on the subnet of the
node running gomd will be allowed to execute the commands).
- I'm working to remove libgtop dep.
- First beta will be released this Sunday (I hope :) ).

for a given IP

(+) useing new getSubnetFromIP() function from utils class to get the subnet
for a given IP

IN utils.h/utils.cpp
(+) added new getSubnetFromIP() function (used in ACLCheck and gomdSearcher
classes) to get the subnet of a given IP. Please notice this is not the
subnet mask! :)

IN etc/acl.conf
(m) modified to test new "LOCAL_SUBNET" ACL macro
