Hi all (again)
I've just found (and fixed) a bug in the ACL-support => wrong ACL-check exit
codes were returned.
Now it seems to work. Sorry... :)

NEW FEATURE: ACL (currently done at 85%)
IN aclCheck.h/aclCheck.cpp
(f) fixed bug while deciding the ACL-check exit code
(+) added getActionValue() function to get correct exit code
(f) fixed ACL-check exit codes.
VALUES DESCRIPTION
(0) => all ok
(-1) => ACL_LOCAL_INFOS_ONLY exception
(-2) => ACL_DENY_CONTROL exception
IN aclRulebook.h/aclRulebook.cpp
(+) added check. If ACL map is empty, automagically adds an entry:
ANY_IP:ACL_DENY_ALL (for security purpose)
IN etc/acl.conf
(+) added two example lines (for my tests)
